Founded a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to sustainable development, circular economy, and community empowerment across Ghana. Built and launched the SWK Taka Kipawa App a digital waste management and upcycling marketplace. Co-built the SWK Marketplace for young green entrepreneurs. Active member of the YoGSEC Consortium, leading policy advocacy and green entrepreneur visibility.

Advised UNDP Ghana on youth engagement strategies and program effectiveness. Contributed to shaping policies aligned with Ghana's Country Programme Document (CPD). Represented UNDP Ghana Youth Sounding Board at the YouthConnekt Africa Summit, Kigali, Rwanda (2024).

Coordinated five major storytelling events including the Guiding Green Growth (G3) Competition and LCOY Ghana Storytelling Side Event. Grew LinkedIn following by 300% (1,000 to 3,000+) and YouTube subscribers from 318 to over 1,900. Produced and edited over 7 videos and 12 stories.

Engaged the EPA on project permits for a solar-powered ocean waste interception system at the Korle Lagoon. Mobilised Ablekuma South Sub-Metro communities on the project scope. Part of the team that won 2nd place and seed funding at the African Climate Adaptation and Innovation Challenge (ACAIC), 2022.

Led a diverse team of national service personnel, implementing financial literacy, professional development, and community engagement programs. Partnered with Young Visionary Leaders Ghana (YVLG) for International Youth Day 2022, impacting ~100 youth. Donated computer and internet infrastructure to the National Service Secretariat.

Served at the Physical Planning Department, assessing and controlling development applications. Assisted in the development permit issuance process.
